Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the United States. Note that there are restrictions on some products and a few products cannot be shipped to addresses where a signature cannot be obtained. You will be notified by Customer Service if there is any special requirements on your order. Shipments that are returned by the carrier due to the receiver's absence, may be re-shipped at the customer's expense.
Alternate shipping methods may be available for certain items depending on size and destination. Please call Customer Service at 800-969-6945 for information on US Postal Service Ground or Priority Mail Express services.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping for you based on the weight/size of your items and the shipping option(s) you choose.
Currently both UPS and Fed-Ex are using a dimension/weight-based calculation to determine shipping costs. Items that require special consideration due to size and/or weight will be calculated at time of shipment and may require an additional freight charge. Customers will be contacted before any shipment of dimensional items.

Special Offers
Offers may not apply to certain exclusionary items. Only one special offer, coupon or discount can be applied to any order and cannot be combined. Special offers, coupons or discounts are not valid on any prior purchases. Buyer is hereby advised that they may be obliged to fully and accurately disclose the amount of any discounts, rebates or other price reductions, in cost reports or claims for reimbursement to Medicare or other health care programs requiring such disclosures.
Payment Terms
All payments shall be made in US dollars. Established services may apply for open account. For your payment convenience, Medical Warehouse, Inc. accepts many major credit cards. Late charges on established accounts, at a minimum rate of 1.5% per month or the highest rate permitted by law, may be charged on past due accounts. A $30.00 fee will be assessed for each returned check.
Claims of Damage or Shortage
All claims for damage having occurred in transit must be made upon receipt of goods. Customer should make contact directly to the carrier, documented with photos, on any shortage related to damaged packaging. Please save all boxes and packing material.
All claims of shortage must be reported immediately upon receipt. Please call Customer Service at 800-969-6945.
Return Policy
You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery. A 25% Restock Fee applies to all authorized returns. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (e.g., an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Please contact Customer Service at 800-969-6945 for a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number before attempting to return any item.
Pharmaceuticals, Customized and Special Order items are not returnable.
Medical batteries, Oxygen Cylinders and electronic components are not returnable due to the nature of the product;

Undeliverable and Returned Shipments
Medical Warehouse routinely takes all reasonable steps to assure that shipments arrive to the correct address however, packages returned due to incorrect information provided during the checkout process will be re-shipped at the customers expense.
Shipments that are deemed "Undeliverable" by the Carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.) for any reason, may be re-shipped at the Customer's expense.
Any costs associated with any returned shipment that have been imposed by the Carrier will be invoiced to the customer account.
